SoulCollage®

SoulCollage® is a creative and transformational process developed by Seena Frost that invites you to explore the depths of your inner world through the simple act of collaging.

Using images that call to you, you create cards that become mirrors of your soul, each one representing a voice, archetype, or aspect of your life's journey.

The process is intuitive and deeply personal. With scissors, glue, and images, you allow your unconscious wisdom to flow into form, revealing pieces of yourself that long to be seen and heard.

Over time, your deck grows into a visual map of your inner landscape, a council of voices that offer guidance, clarity, and self-understanding.

More than art, SoulCollage® is a practice of self-discovery and healing. It creates a safe and imaginative space to explore your shadows and your light, your past and your potential.

Whether used for personal reflection, group connection, or spiritual growth, SoulCollage® is a gentle yet profound tool that reminds us of our wholeness and the sacred stories and parts woven within us all.

I have been a certified SoulCollage® facilitator since 2009 and have a deck of over 200+ cards that I even do readings for myself and others with. The cards fit into the categories (suits) of "Committee," "Community," "Companion," and "Council" and they truly become a way to speak from the parts within yourself. In fact, when we relate to the cards that we create, we speak from them with the phrase, "I Am the One Who..." - which lets us tell the stories from within ourselves from an observational, vast, and imaginational point of view.

You can attend a SoulCollage® group class or book a one-on-one session with me to learn the basic skills of creating your very own SoulCollage® deck.

Group class prices will be listed on any scheduled SoulCollage® classes (which will usually range from $40 to $75 depending on how many cards we create and how long the session is).

You can also schedule a one-on-one class with me at $44 per hour and this would include all basic supplies.
